What is the maximum amount I can access?
Employees are offered accessible limits based on Employment types.
W2 Employees:
Employees under a W2 contract can access 50% of their earned wages, a maximum of up to $500 per pay period. The employer can also determine the maximum accessible amount.
1099 Contractors:
Employees under the 1099 contract can access 100% of their earned wages, a maximum of up to $500 per pay period. The employer can also determine the maximum accessible amount.
How do I calculate my earnings?
Upon completion of a work shift, OrbisPay will update the Time and Attendance/Earning file on the next day (in 24 hours).
The formula to calculate accessible balance employment type wise are as follows:
W2 Employees:
(Worked hours per day (8 max) × Pay rate) ÷ 2 = Accessible Balance
1099 Job Based:
Total earnings based on the earning file received from the employer end = Accessible Balance
1099 Hourly:
Worked hours x pay rate = Accessible Balance
Why are my hours not updated/ incorrect?
Kindly note that your worked hours require daily approval by your supervisor. This approval allows our system to update the records accurately, as the system performs an automatic data pull every day at 4:30 AM Eastern Standard Time. Any hours approved after this specified time might not be updated correctly by the system.
However, if your supervisor approves the worked hours collectively later. Please reach out to the customer support team to update your hours. We will help you escalate the issue and update your hours manually.
How to perform a transaction?
- On the home screen, click on "Access Funds Now."
- On the next screen, choose the desired transfer amount. This can be done by scrolling the amount bar at the top or typing the amount at the bottom.
- Next, press the "Receive instantly" button.
- A confirmation of the selected amount will appear at the bottom of the screen. Verify the amount and click on the "Access Now" button.
- Your selected debit card will receive the funds instantly, completing the process.
